ASPHALT REPAIR

We use two methods of asphalt repair.

For minor defects, such as small potholes, puddles, sunken asphalt and mild alligator cracking, we install a good quality surface patch using hot asphalt.

For more serious problems where the asphalt is totally failed, we cut out, remove and reconstruct the affected area.

CRACK SEALING

By sealing the cracks in an asphalt surface, we can stop potholes from forming in the first place.  A good preventative maintenance program on your parking lot will extend the life of your pavement and save your business money.

SWEEPING

With annual and regular sweeping we can keep your parking lot free of dirt, ice rock and garbage.
